My experience here was amazing! I had first came in with so much pain and now I’m leaving with almost no pain at all! Lydia and Johnna are absolute the best ever! They both always believed in my recovery. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming! I felt so comfortable coming here in every appointment! I highly recommend!!!

Physical therapy at Innovative Solutions has helped. The staff go beyond taking care of you through therapy. The provider I seen over there helped me with diet and suggested a few other referrals in order to get adequate healthcare.

Everyone at Innovative is wonderful! I have seen Michael, Lydia, and Johnna and they are all professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. You feel like a person, not just a number. I HIGHLY recommend the laser therapy with Michael- after just one session, my back pain from degenerative disc disease was significantly improved, and only got better with each session. And the best part is, the first session is a free consultation. The front desk staff are wonderful, too- friendly and accommodating! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I’ve been coming to innovative physical therapy to see Dr. Ashely for 3 months now and I’ve been doing extremely better. The staff is super friendly and they ensure that you are comfortable and in a welcoming environment. They took the time understand what I was going through and work with me and my schedule. I was referred here for help with pelvic pain. Ashley was my physical therapy , she was amazing in pinpointing the issues and helping with the pain. I been coming here for a few weeks now and my pelvic pain has improved alot , I no longer feel the pain I originally arrived with. Plus everyone here is super nice , the receptionists up front are always the best at greeting you.

I have been struggling with constant swelling of my ankle and lower leg as a result of an “end stage arthritic ankle“. I have been dealing with this condition for many years. I tried the laser treatment at innovative physical therapy with Michael and the results were incredible. The swelling is down 80 - 90% and the ankle looks much better than it has looked in a long time. The treatment did not impact the arthritic bone itself, but it did result in significant reduction in swelling and pain in the soft tissue around the ankle. I would totally recommend the laser therapy at innovative physical therapy with Michael for a variety of health issues. If your experience is anything like mine, you will be amazed. Michael was pleasant to work with, did a good job explaining what the treatment consisted of and was easy-going, friendly and totally professional.

I have been seen at innovative physical therapy for a few months now and my experience there has been amazing. Ashley help improved my symptoms I been struggling with for a long time. I would definitely recommend innovative physical therapy to ANY AND EVERYONE. The staff makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable. I fell asleep so many times because of how comfortable Ashley made me. Ashley and the other staffs are very welcoming and amazing.

I cannot recommend Innovative PT Solutions enough. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. Ashley is an amazing pelvic floor physical therapist. I not only learned so much and my lower abdominal pain was resolved, she was always so friendly and approachable about all of my concerns. I highly recommend this place!

I first went to Innovative Therapy Watertown to do the Red Light Therapy with Michael after a serious SI joint injury. I wasn’t able to stand up from the seating position without help and had excruciating pain. I felt immediate relief in my first session and continued twice a week for a few weeks. Michael was very knowledgeable and patient with my healing. I have been going on and off for past 2 here now with various injuries. I recently slipped on a muddy slope and fell on my tailbone. I got in for the Red Light Therapy within a few hours of the injury and then I didn’t even bruise. This treatment has helped me with neck pain, joint pain, sciatica etc. They offer packaging pricing, which makes it very reasonable. And your first treatment is complementary. Speaking with clients in the waiting room that are getting physical therapy have talked very highly of their services also. I highly recommend Micheal and the Red Light Therapy!
